New Air France travel cabin to the Caribbean and Indian Ocean

During the trip, champagne for everyone and top gastronomy

Air France offers a wide range of wines and champagne in all of its cabins, voted by Paolo Basso, the best sommelier in the world in 2013.

Departing from Paris, Andrée Rosier, French star chef from the Basque Country, is currently signing all Air France Business Cards. Tinted with Basque aromas, its gourmet dishes will delight the taste buds of Air France customers.

On departures from Pointe-à-Pitre (Guadeloupe), Fort-de-France (Martinique) and Cayenne (French Guiana) to Paris, as well as on flights on the Caribbean regional network connecting Cayenne to Fort-de-France, Air France entrusts the manufacture Creole dishes on its menu to renowned chef Marcel Ravin. Three culinary creations are offered to Business and Premium Economy customers on long haul flights and alternate each month.

Departing from Saint-Denis de la Réunion (La Réunion), customers can enjoy chef Benoit Vantaux’s Creole dishes, created especially for Air France; a mix of French know-how and Reunion products and spices.

In the Economy cabin, customers enjoy a full menu, including a choice between two hot dishes. Additionally, the second service, which is offered in a “Bon Appétit” bag, includes a delicious breakfast or light meal to be enjoyed on the spot or to take home.

To vary the fun, A la Carte Menu, offered as a paid option from Paris, will be a treat for their taste buds: Menu Fauchon, Menu Healthy, Menu “My Fun Menu”, Menu Tradition and Menu Océan. Italian, Tradition and Ocean menus are also offered from Fort-de-France, Point-à-Pitre and Saint-Denis de la Réunion.

Finally, the company redoubles its attention: as soon as they arrive on the ship, customers are greeted with oshibori to freshen up. At the end of the flight, they were also given traditional French sweets, as a goodbye.

And to stay connected

Onboard the redesigned Boeing 777-300 aircraft, customers can take advantage of the Wi-Fi offering with Air France CONNECTED. By the end of 2020, 100% of Air France’s fleet will be Wi-Fi enabled.

Three entry tickets are available:

  • A permit” Message » free for allto send and receive messages throughout the flight;
  • A permit” Surfing » from €8 to €18 (6,000 Miles) to surf the internet, read and send emails;
  • A permit” Small river for €30 (10,000 Miles) to take advantage of high-speed internet, streaming and downloading, including “Message” and “Surf” tickets.
