At the head of the Indonesian delegation to the G20 YEA, Gde Brawiswara Putra encourages young entrepreneurs to play a role in promoting the economy

NEW DELHI, NusaBali.com – From July 13-15, 2023, Gde Brawiswara Putra, a young entrepreneur from Bali, led the Indonesian delegation to the Young Entrepreneurs Alliance (YEA) meeting at the G20. The meeting aims to facilitate dialogue between heads of state and young entrepreneurs to advance the global economy.

In his role as head of delegation, Gde Brawiswara Putra highlighted the importance of the role of young entrepreneurs in the economic growth of Indonesia.

G20 YEA (Youth Entrepreneurs’ Alliance) is an international forum that brings together young entrepreneurs from G20 member countries to share experiences, skills and innovative ideas to build an inclusive and sustainable economy.

This year’s meeting was held in New Delhi, India, and brought together delegates from 31 G20 member countries, as well as representatives from visiting partner countries, including Indonesia.

Gde Brawiswara Putra highlighted the important role of young entrepreneurs in advancing the Indonesian economy. He pointed out that the youth is a valuable asset for the future of the country and has the potential to become a driving force for economic development.

“Young entrepreneurs have the enthusiasm, energy and innovation to drive economic growth. They are able to create jobs, encourage investment and create added value in various economic sectors,” said said Gde Brawiswara Putra.

He also stressed the importance of creating an enabling environment for young entrepreneurs. In this regard, Gde Brawiswara Putra highlighted the need for policies that support entrepreneurship, fund accessibility, entrepreneurship education and skills training to help young entrepreneurs meet the challenges that exist.

He believes that by actively involving young entrepreneurs in economic development, Indonesia can achieve sustainable and inclusive growth.

During the G20 YEA meeting, Gde Brawiswara Putra met with several heads of state and young entrepreneurs from various G20 member countries. Discussions focused on topics such as technological innovation, international trade, investment opportunities and the development of small and medium enterprises.

In a series of bilateral meetings with delegations from G20 member countries, Gde Brawiswara Putra presented Indonesian government policies and programs that encourage entrepreneurship and investment. He also shared the successful experiences of young Indonesian entrepreneurs in overcoming challenges and succeeding amid global competition.

Through Indonesia’s active participation in the G20 YEA, it is hoped that there will be increased cooperation between young Indonesian entrepreneurs and international partners. This will open new opportunities for young Indonesian entrepreneurs to innovate, expand their networks and access global markets.

Gde Brawiswara Putra, as head of the Indonesian delegation, hopes that the messages and recommendations conveyed during this meeting will be implemented by the government and related parties in Indonesia.
