Even addressing discrimination through state policies, for example in 2020 when Prime Minister Narendra Modi passed the Anti-Muslim Law (UU) or Citizenship Amendment Bill (CAB).

Chandra felt that the incitement to hatred was a systemic, planned, widespread and massive action. According to him, the international community must take a stand on this very worrying situation.
“The international community should not hesitate and be afraid of being accused of interfering in the internal affairs of India. Because according to international law, what happened in India is a violation of international law, for example, Article 2 of the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights, Article 18 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, General Assembly Resolutions 53/144 of 9 December 1948 and the Statute of Rome,” Chandra said.

“If the international community remains silent, then international law created by the West will not provide legal protection to Muslims in various parts of the world, but international law is used to legalize their interests,” Chandra said.
