Reliance Retail and ASOS, a UK-based online fashion retailer for young adults, have announced a partnership under which Reliance Retail will be ASOS's exclusive retail partner across online and offline platforms in India.

Isha Ambani, Director, Reliance Retail Ventures Limited, said, “This partnership reinforces our status as India's leading retail destination and ensures our customers have access to the cutting-edge fashion styles they crave.”
The partnership will bring ASOS' range of fashion private labels to India through various retail formats such as exclusive brand stores, multi-brand outlets and digital platforms. This collaboration marks ASOS's first nationwide retail collaboration.

Reliance Retail, together with its subsidiaries and affiliates, operates a comprehensive omnichannel network of more than 18,836 stores and digital commerce platforms covering various sectors such as grocery, consumer electronics, fashion, lifestyle and pharmaceuticals. The company reported consolidated revenue of ₹3,06,786 crore and net profit of ₹11,101 crore for the financial year ended March 31, 2024.
