New Air France cabin trips to the Caribbean and Indian Ocean

During the trip, champagne for everyone and the best gastronomy

Air France offers a wide range of wines and champagnes in all its cabins, selected by Paolo Basso, the best sommelier in the world in 2013.

Departing from Paris, Andrée Rosier, the star French chef from the Basque Country, is currently signing all the Air France business cards. Colored with Basque aromas, the gourmet dishes will whet the appetite of Air France customers.

Departing from Pointe-à-Pitre (Guadeloupe), Fort-de-France (Martinique) and Cayenne (Guyana) to Paris, as well as regional Caribbean network flights connecting Cayenne to Fort-de-France, Air France entrusts the design of Creole dishes to its menu to famous chef Marcel Ravin. Three culinary creations are offered to Business and Premium Economy customers on alternating long-haul flights each month.

Departing from Saint-Denis de la Réunion (Reunion), customers can enjoy Creole dishes by chef Benoit Vantaux, created especially for Air France; a blend of French know-how and Reunion products and spices.

In the Economy cabin, customers enjoy a full menu, including a choice of two hot dishes. Additionally, a second service, offered in “Bon Appétit” bags, features a delicious breakfast or snack to enjoy on the spot or to take with you.

To vary the fun, A la Carte Menu, offered as a paid option from Paris, will delight their taste buds: Menu Fauchon, Menu Healthy, Menu “My Fun Menu”, Menu Tradition and Menu Ocean. Italian, Tradition and Ocean menus are also offered from Fort-de-France, Point-à-Pitre and Saint-Denis de la Réunion.

Finally, the company redoubles its attention: upon arrival on board, customers are greeted with oshibori to refresh themselves. At the end of the flight they were also given traditional French sweets, as a sign of taking time off.

And to stay connected

On board the updated Boeing 777-300, customers can benefit from the Wi-Fi offer Air France CONNECTED. By the end of 2020, 100% of Air France’s fleet will be equipped with Wi-Fi.

Three passes are offered:

  • A pass Message » free for allto send and receive messages throughout the flight;
  • A pass Surfing » from €8 to €18 (6,000 Miles) for surfing the internet, consulting and sending emails;
  • A pass Small river » for €30 (10,000 Miles) to take advantage of high-speed internet, streaming and downloading, including “Message” and “Surf” tickets.
