The company’s board recommended a final dividend of 54 percent, ie ₹0.54 per share on the par value of the paid-up shares of ₹1 per share for fiscal year 2022-23, subject to shareholder approval. If approved, the final dividend will be paid within 30 days of the date of declaration at the Company’s annual general meeting.

On an operational level, the company’s fourth-quarter EBITDA (earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization) came in at ₹104.3 crore, a 43 percent growth compared to ₹73 crore in the same period last year.
The company’s total revenue for the quarter was ₹2,843 crore, compared to ₹2,496 crore in the same period last year. Earlier this year, NBCC (India) Ltd announced that it had signed a Memorandum of Understanding with SIDBI for development work on its properties across India.
The central public enterprise is under the administration of the Ministry of Housing and Urban Development. The Company’s principal activities include project management consultancy including government real estate rehabilitation, engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) and real estate development.
On May 29, NBCC (India) shares were up 0.72 percent at ₹42.20 per person at the BSE.
