1. Indonesia looks great and starts collecting medals at the Asian Games
The Indonesian contingent currently ranks eighth in the 2023 Asian Games medal standings. Indonesian athletes performed superbly on the first day of Asian Games medal competition.
The Red and White team occupies eighth position with one silver medal and three bronze medals won on Sunday (24/9). Edgar Xavier won silver in the sport of wushu, while three bronze medals were won by Chelsea Corputty/Mutiara Rahma Putri, Ihram/Memo and the men’s eight team.

2. Bezzecchi is the Indian MotoGP champion
Marco Bezzecchi successfully won the 2023 Indian MotoGP after beating Jorge Martin in a tense race at the Buddh Circuit, Sunday (24/9).
Even though he failed to win the race, Jorge Martin gained another advantage in this series as he managed to reduce the points gap with Pecco Bagnaia in the 2023 MotoGP standings. Bagnaia had an accident and ‘failed to finish, so he only has a 17. points advantage over Martin.

3. Indonesian U-24 national team qualifies for Asian Games Top 16
The Indonesian national under-24 team managed to qualify for the round of 16 of the 2023 Asian Games despite losing 0-1 to North Korea in the final match. The Garuda Muda team qualified thanks to the best third place.
The Indonesian U-24 national team has three points with victory over Kyrgyzstan and takes first place in the top three rankings at the 2023 Asian Games.
