This partnership is with a streaming channel iPhone manufacturer is Air Canada’s latest investment to strengthen the onboard customer experience. The Apple+ offering follows the Canadian airline’s recent collaboration with toy manufacturer Mattel, which resulted in the addition of the most popular short videos among children. From boarding to landing, passengers can watch more than 420 movies, more than 1,000 TV shows, more than 130 music albums and much more for free.

Thanks to this new partnership with Apple, we are on track to increase the content of our in-flight entertainment systems by more than 95 percent compared to last year. In May, Air Canada andBell operator began offering free email services to Aeroplan loyalty program members worldwide who travel using Wi-Fi-enabled devices, including Air Canada Rouge and Air Canada.CanadaExpress flights. Passengers can send and receive text messages over Wi-Fi using popular messaging apps such as iMessage from Apple, WhatsApp and Messenger from Meta, Viber from Rakuten, and Google Messages.
Last November, Air Canada became the only Canadian airline to offer live Canadian television, with channels in French and English, giving customers the opportunity to support their favorite sports teams in timely, real-time or live global sporting events during flight.
