Many achievements: Dipavali, inscriptions on Lazarets in Grande Chaloupe, Tamil New Year, statues of Gandhi all over the island. I want a wedding for my girl in the country of our ancestors, a way to pay homage to them and to build a bridged emotional connection between this Indian Ocean nation and our island.”
