Tata Power
Tata Group company Tata Power will trade without a dividend on Wednesday. The company announced a final dividend of ₹2 per share.
“The Management Board has recommended a dividend of ₹2 per equity share of ₹“1 (@ 200%) each to shareholders for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2023,” the company said in a regulatory filing when it announced its quarterly earnings in March.
Uniparts India
Uniparts India, the manufacturer of technical systems and solutions, will also trade today without a dividend. The company announced a second interim dividend of ₹6 per share with a par value of ₹10 each, i.e. 60% of the share capital of the company for the financial year 2022-23.
The key date for determining the shareholders who are entitled to this dividend is also June 7th.
Seshasayee paper and card
The company declared a dividend of ₹6 per share. The stock will be ex-dividend today.
“The Management Board has recommended paying a dividend ₹6 per share share of Rs. 2 each for FY 2022-23. “The dividend, subject to approval by members at the subsequent 63rd Annual General Meeting on June 17, 2023, will be paid on or after June 19, 2023,” the company said.
